REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS:

1. For customised products, such as customised magnetic sunshades, customised 3D Car Mat and Rain Deflectors, if you think you have purchased the wrong car model or wrong generation, yes, we can do the exchange for you, with top up of price difference (if any). All product return to us and for us to reship shipping fees and Custom Fees (Duty Fees) will be beared by you, as customer.
2. Please take note you will need to choose the car model from our available list. In the event, we do not have your car model available, we do not provide any refund.
3. We will only proceed to exchange and ship out another product upon receiving the return product in good and resalable condition. Therefore, we strongly encourage You to check online on the correct car model or to check with us first before making your purchase.
4. Please take note that we DO NOT REFUND installation charge, if any.
5. For rectification works, please visit our Rectification Page on our website. Physical rectification work can only be done in Singapore.

SERVICE PRODUCTS:

1. For Services Products, such as Car Grooming, Car Detailing and any other sort of Services. Please take note that We reserve all rights to reject the refund request once the services have been rendered and served. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND You to check thoroughly, and ask for immediate rectification (if any) upon collecting your car from our workshops and/or our partner's workshops.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:

For all other products, we will only consider to make the exchange under the following circumstances:

1. Products are NOT open and in sealed condition (if any).
2. Products are still in resalable condition, both physical appearance and its contents are within the recommended usable period, in another word, not expired.
3. All fees incurred for the exchange, including return shipping fees to Us and the fees for us to ship the exchange products back to you will be beared by you, as customer.
4. Purchase WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED solely base on our reasonable judgement and discretion. We reserve all rights to reject any unreasonable refund request.
